We want you to love your Skira mask. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return
Email us at sunsetmc.net@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Please don't send items back before your return has been approved — we can't guarantee we'll accept unrequested returns.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at sunsetmc.net@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personal care items that have been used or opened

Exchanges
Need a different color? The quickest option is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Your EU right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you're entitled by law to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel your order for any reason, without justification. Our 14-day return window meets this requirement in full — no separate steps are needed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you still haven't seen it, email us at sunsetmc.net@gmail.com
